I really love this but it's sold out :( Will it be restocked?

  • Please check out our restock schedule list to see what will be restocked! Because of the ongoing pandemic, restocks may take several months.

ORDER CHANGES

    Can I combine my orders?

    • We are no longer able to combine orders due to shipping delays.

    Can I change the address on my order?

    • Please reach out to us via the contact form as soon as possible. Once your order is shipped, we will not be able to edit the address on your order.

    SHIPPING

    When will I receive my order?

    • Orders received before 12pm ET usually ship same business day. We offer standard shipping (3-7 days) and expedited shipping (1-2 days).
    • If you have multiple items in your order, your order will not be shipped until all items are available to be shipped. (Ex: Orders with preorder and in-stock items will not be shipped until the preorder item is in-stock)

    Do you ship internationally?

    • We ship worldwide. Shipping fees range depending on your location. Double Happy Co. is based in the United States.
    • We do not accept returns for international orders.
    • Most orders will be issued a tracking number, but there may be rare cases where a tracking number is not issued.
    • International orders may take up to 45 days to be delivered.
    • Double Happy Co. is not responsible for packages after they have been shipped out. Please contact your local postal carrier for more information.

    How do I track my order?

    • Once your order has shipped, you'll get an email with a link to the tracking.

    My order says it was delivered but it never arrived :(

    • Please reach out to the USPS or your local post office for more information. Double Happy Co. is not responsible for packages after they have been shipped out.

    My order arrived, but something is damaged/I didn't receive something.

    • So sorry to hear that! Please reach out to us via the contact form with your order number and issue so we can make things right! If possible, please also include photo proof.

    RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

      How do I make a return?

      • Unfortunately, all sales are final and we do not accept returns.

      How do I make an exchange?

      • At the moment, we are not accepting exchanges due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

      I want a refund. How can I go about this?

      • Refunds for orders that have been shipped are made on a case by case basis. Please reach out to us via the contact form.
